Haku Valencia invites you to comply with certain observations to make the experience in our restaurant unique:

• Lunch and dinner bar services begin at 2pm and 8:30pm, respectively. Punctuality is essential to avoid delays in service.
• We grant 15 minutes courtesy for the beginning of the service, which will take place at the same time for all the people enjoying the bar experience.
• The reservation will be automatically cancelled if the guest arrives more than 30 minutes late.
• We recommend that if you have any allergies or intolerances, please mention them at the time of booking so that the chef can take them into account and adjust the dishes.
