Chef Bo Jimmy Zhu is the creative vision behind the exceptional fusion of flavors that characterizes HAKU restaurant. With a strong international background, our head chef has led the culinary team at Kibo restaurant in Valencia and developed his skills at Roka Mayfair in London.
Trained at ALMA – La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana, where he completed an advanced course in Italian cuisine, he has enriched his repertoire, allowing him to bring the rich flavors of Italy with nuances of Japanese tradition. This innovative approach and his passion for exploring new flavor combinations make Bo Jimmy a true artisan, despite his young age.
Under his leadership, HAKU aspires to offer unique dining experiences, where each dish tells a story of tradition, innovation and art.
